The Role

Our Digital Experience team is looking for a motivated Engagement Delivery Lead to work directly onsite at a client site in New Jersey 3 days a week (2 days remote) and drive an engagement on behalf of our pharmaceutical client. This role will be an important part of our Digital Experience - Content and Marketing Services team in North America. This role requires expert Program Management skills coupled with experience in Life Sciences Digital Marketing to help drive the success of a client engagement. You'll need experience working with offshore and onshore teams, and the ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can manage senior stakeholders take them through a challenging transformation. To do this, you'll need to be able to apply your marketing knowledge as well as industry knowledge using emerging technologies and expertise in the clinical cloud domain. Veeva knowledge is preferred and will aid to the success of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an engagement lead within our Digital Experience Practice, both Content and Marketing Services to drive the engagement on behalf of the client within pharmaceuticals industry
  • Being on-site at the client location in Newark, New Jersey minimum 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the duration of the project
  • Program Manage an engagement for Cognizant's client
  • Manager senior stakeholders & hold the right strategic conversations
  • Working both with both onshore and offshore teams to drive the engagement
  • Apply Veeva knowledge to the success of the engagement
  • Utilize emerging technologies and expertise in the clinical cloud domain.
  • Help our clients respond to and adopt market, regulatory, process, and culture changes triggered by emerging digital technologies
  • Leading an engagement at a client related to pharmaceutical marketing

Qualifications

  • 10-14+ years of experience that will support the above; ideally drawn from a mix of Program Management, Client Delivery, Digital Experience, Marketing, and Life Sciences
  • Content & Marketing Domain Expertise within the Pharmaceutical space
  • Ability to manage Senior stakeholders & hold the right strategic conversations
  • Veeva knowledge and experience is preferred
  • The ability to work on-site in Newark, New Jersey on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays is required; Monday and Friday may be remote
  • Personal leadership qualities; the ability to manage your work and collaboratively drive toward a common goal - the best possible outcome for a client
  • A desire to work with enterprise-level clients and the ability to manage through complexity
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical initiatives related to optimizing business value for a client
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working; the ability to exercise humility with confidence while consistently demonstrating leadership and professionalism
  • Bachelors Degree; MBA or similar field-related graduate degree is a plus

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 4/8/2024

The annual salary for this position is between$95,500 - $176,600depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
