About the role:

Join our mission to unlock human potential. We are looking for a Program Director to drive planning and delivery of the Backoffice Enterprise Modernization program. A successful candidate would be passionate about learning and driving change through technology and business process transformation with a hands-on and detailed approach. This role is pivotal in leading our enterprise application landscape's modernization, focusing on ERP integrations and innovative technologies. As part of this role, you will become part of the Planning and Delivery team whose mission is to connect strategy to execution by leading holistic planning, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, enabling data-driven decision-making, and driving transparent, efficient delivery of knowledge creation and solutions.

How you will make an impact:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Partner and collaborate with leadership to define and execute the strategy for Enterprise Modernization, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
  • Act as a key member of the program's leadership team, working closely with the Transformation Director, Technology Director, Finance Director, and Business Process and Change Director.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap for transforming our ERP and enterprise applications.

Program and Project Management:

  • Helping with process design, management and help with best practices on Jira and ownership of the central priorities list.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of modernization projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Drive continuous planning processes, including roadmap planning and iterative program increments
  • Oversee a program and project management team, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and delivery milestones
  • Actively manage and oversee project execution, ensuring effective use of methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, depending on project needs

Technical Expertise:

  • Guide the transformation of legacy systems to modern ERP environments, focusing on cloud-based solutions like SAP S4/HANA.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement in business processes and system integrations.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to validate requirements and propose advanced technical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating complex technical issues into understandable terms.

Financial and Vendor Management:

  • Manage the operational and capital expenditure budgets, including ROI analysis and justifying new investments.
  • Negotiate with vendors to align with roadmaps, reduce costs, and meet performance standards.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and modernization, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP and enterprise application transformation projects.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and cloud technologies.
  • In depth experience in Agile methodologies, preferably with SAFe framework knowledge.
  • Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
