Venable LLP's Transactional Tax Group seeks a midlevel tax associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join the practice in the San Francisco office.

The qualified candidate has experience in international tax planning work, including cross-border tax structuring and multi-jurisdictional transactions, as well as experience working at a peer law firm or an accounting firm. The successful candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar. The salary range for associate positions is $205,000 to $365,000 per year, depending upon associate level.
