Overview/Purpose

Conde Nast is looking for an Executive Assistant . This is a varied position, requiring initiative, diplomacy, adaptability, discretion and an understanding of different cultures. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills are essential. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and calm/level headed manner.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management for our Head of Global Product and Design and our Global Product VPs based in the US.
  • Liaison with a wide and varied range of business stakeholders including internal teams, external clients, senior executives within the organization, and more.
  • Assist in creation of presentation materials
  • Facilitate scheduling business meetings, preparation and circulation of agendas, pre-reads and meeting minutes, and action follow-up as required.
  • Book all travel/hotels, ensuring appropriate visas have been obtained, for corporate and leisure, and preparing complex travel itineraries.
  • Liaison with teams globally, supporting building effective relationships across a global department.
  • Work closely with other Executive Assistants at Conde Nast.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced Office/GSuite experience
  • Strong presentation design skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Pro-active and be able to use initiative and have the confidence to work independently
  • Extremely organized with exceptional time management skills and able to prioritize efficiently
  • Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across different departments internationally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated, with an ability to show initiative in all situations
  • Helpful to have experience of working in an international environment and building solid working relationships with teams across different countries, time zones and cultures.
  • Trustworthy and discreet.
  • A friendly and personable manner.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $62,400 - $65,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
