Job Description
Position Title:Quality Control Inspector - 3rd Shift
Wage:$20.00 per hour
Shift:3rd
Hours:7:00pm-3:00am (Mon-Thurs); 7:00pm-11:00pm (Fri)
QPS Employment Group has a great 3rd shift Quality Control position available at an established Rockford manufacturer. This position has the opportunity for hire.
Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performs inspections on designated incoming stock items, complete and file related forms.
- Reject non-conforming materials according to written procedures.
- Verifies dimensional correctness and quality of workmanship of product.
Quality Control Inspector Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs continuously throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach on a regular basis throughout the entire shift.
- Must have regular and reliable attendance.
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments.
- Must be able to keep up in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Must be able to follow supervisors' orders and directives.
- Must have ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.
- Must be able to handle a variety of tasks, some of which are tedious.
- No previous training required, works under close supervision.
