Position Title: Quality Technician

Wage: $22/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4pm

Quality Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee Quality Control within the company, manage the ISO System, and handle customer issues as required
- Maintain ISO, Reach, RoHS, and other records and documentation
- Maintain all QC documents and file system per file format and definitions document
- Perform PPAP, 1st Article inspection, and Certificate of Compliance reports
- Serve as a customer support liaison for QC issues internally and externally
- Serve as lead during ISO Audits
- Instruct manufacturing personnel on quality concerns

Quality Technician Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO Management System
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to be self-directed and make independent decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills to fully evaluate an issue and provide clear, timely, corrective actions
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to use calipers and micrometers
- Plastics manufacturing experience
- ISO 9001-2015 Audit experience
- Ability to run Aberlink CMM a plus
