As an entry-level engineer working with our growing water and wastewater design team, your responsibilities may include:
* Conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of water and wastewater treatment facilities
* Site inspection, investigation and monitoring
* Design calculations for treatment unit sizing, chemical usage, and system hydraulics
* Treatment facility site investigations
* Assistance in the preparation and review of treatment evaluations, standard operating procedures, technical drawings, and specifications
* Utilizing cutting-edge software with a "digital by default" approach

Candidate Specification :

To be considered for this entry-level position, you will be pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering or related engineering degree. You should be able to demonstrate your interest in your chosen sector (water/wastewater) through relevant experience, such as relevant coursework, research, or previous work experience.

We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:
* Knowledge of site design, treatment unit processes, water chemistry, and basic hydraulics
* Knowledge/familiarity with Revit and Civil3D
* Methodical approach to problem solving.
* Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
* Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, which allow you to prepare clearly written and high quality reports and technical documents.
