Associate Manager, Creative Strategy - Health

Conde Nast Commercial Creative, our marketing, creative strategy, and production department, harnesses that power and passion to create and execute the industry's most compelling programs, initiatives, and partnerships.

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented marketer to enhance our Commercial Category Marketing team. This team is pivotal in crafting programs, go-to-market strategies, and a unique selling proposition for the Health category. Generating awareness and demand for all advertising programs within this category is critical. Together we will orchestrate creative content and product-led initiatives that meld Conde Nast's industry-leading ideas with its brand assets to captivate audiences and drive tangible results for our advertising partners in the healthcare & pharmaceutical sectors. This role is important in identifying and cultivating revenue-generating commercial opportunities across all media platforms, including video, social, digital, and print.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with team members to refine our offerings, discover new products, and customize corporate initiatives for the Health category.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and create department resources (collateral, shared drives, one-sheets, etc.)

  • Partner with Sales to provide strategic recommendations to Health category advertisers, utilizing Conde Nast's offerings, including content creation, event activations, influencer programs, social campaigns, print, and more.

  • Identify custom ideas that act as powerful conversation starters for client discussions and potentially increase overall advertiser spend.

  • Excel as a cross-functional partner with various internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Digital Planning, Production & Activation, Brand Marketing, Creative, Commercial Research & Insights, showcasing a strong team player mentality.

  • Support and work closely with team members on proposals at a variety of levels

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • 2-4 years qualifying experience in publishing, digital media or ad sales marketing/strategy

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes and procedures

  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting

  • A strong, creative writer with strong verbal and written communication

  • Positive, creative, solutions-oriented and client-focused

  • Bring a sense of "fun" that inspires others and creates a healthy environment

  • Be proactive, agile and willing to pitch in wherever needed, as we are an evolving company

Base Salary: $60k-$80k
