Job Summary/Goals The Business Manager is a strategic role within the Work Dynamics Consulting organization working alongside the Americas Regional Lead for Consulting to drive business strategy and ensure operational outcomes. The Business Manager is focused on overseeing strategic business and operational initiatives and programs that have an impact on the Consulting's productivity. This individual plays a pivotal role in collaboration and coordination with stakeholders in related businesses and across regions. They must demonstrate a strong level of business acumen, be highly organized with a panache for presentations, have exceptional quantitative analysis skills, and be highly skilled at problem solving and collaboration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Business Management: Identify opportunities to streamline strategic and operational practices for the business (and specifically within their region) PMO Lead for the implementation of operational initiatives to improve efficiencies, people engagement and collaboration Works closely with platform teams to provide operational support to Consulting Runs key reports for the Regional Lead to enable business operations (e.g. sales reports, supply/demand reports, etc) to enable business decisions Supports the Regional Lead in key operational meetings to help "run the business" (e.g., supply/demand meetings, sales update meetings, etc.) Shares best practices and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement related to operational processes Participates in business planning with the Regional Lead and prepares content and/or summarizes key outputs Performing special projects as directed or on behalf of the Regional Lead Attends leadership meetings with the Regional Lead to track actions and/or capture opportunities to streamline and knowledge share Participates in the business managers network across JLL to work collaboratively and to share knowledge and best practices
People Engagement: Work with HR to support and promote people related initiatives. Support people survey follow up - actions and communication required by the Regional Lead; track and report on key initiatives Ensure business input to and promotion of employee recognition programs (in partnership with HR) Support talent review planning activities to help tailor and message the HR processes to the region, in collaboration with the communications team
Diary, Meeting & Event Preparation Work closely with EA to: Ensure meeting preparation and follow up Review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the Regional Lead has all the necessary information, the agenda and objective of the meeting Determine priorities and identify opportunities to simplify
Marketing & Communications: Working alongside internal communications director to input into internal and external communications plan Supports Regional Lead input into presentations, reports, or other communication packs for internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with the Communications team Promote One JLL story telling - identify, capture and share

Exceptional computational & analytical skills: ability to build data-driven decks and communicate data insights in a crystal-clear way. Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at the most senior of levels and manage complex projects across multiple services and geographies.
