You creatively strategize, motivate clinicians, and elicit achievement.

In this role, you will lead and manage Clinical Education Managers within a specific geographical area providing daily coaching, training, and mentoring while setting performance expectations for day-to-day activity. You will:

  • Conduct call monitoring, distance coaching, and field visits contributing to the development and continuous improvement of CEMs to assure that all contractual/program metrics are met.
  • Hire, coach and develop CEMs to exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor team achievement, goals and business plans and evaluate CEM performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaboration with partners and vendors to compliantly advance positive program outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years working experience within the pharma industry
  • Travel as required to support business needs and employee field activities
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements:

  • 3+ years of management experience preferred, managing clinical educators team a plus
  • Clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing nurse educator teams preferred
