Job Overview:

Looking for an experienced professional with 4-7+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, accounting or related field. This individual will be responsible for providing corporate finance advice to the bank's clients and prospects, and identifying, structuring, marketing and executing value-add corporate finance solutions for our clients. Primarily responsibilities include:

• Perform / lead preparation of various capital structuring analyses, including rating analysis, cost of capital analysis, liquidity stress tests and peer benchmarking
• Present capital structuring advice to clients and prospects, and lead discussions with clients/prospects' CFOs/treasurers
• Participate in, and over time, lead the origination and execution of tailored structured solution transactions for our clients including: identifying clients' unique financing needs, structuring tailored solutions, preparing and presenting marketing materials, preparing term sheets, negotiating terms, legal documentation, and internal credit applications & other approvals

Job Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong excel & modeling skills, formatting / power point skills, and business writing skills
• Experience with LBO models, discounted cash flow and other valuation methods
• Experience with structuring (including knowledge and understanding of credit)
• General knowledge of capitalmarkets, accounting, legal and tax
• Knowledge of S&P and Moody's ratings methodologies is a plus
• Accounting experience (CPA preferred)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Finance/Accounting/Economics or appropriate equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, accounting or related field, with some commercial experience preferred
• Very strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills combined with the ability and willingness to collaborate with others
• CPA and/or CFA designation a plus

Salary Expectations

Target Hiring Range:
$115,000- $230,000

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
