Position Overview

Reporting into the SVP, Global Operational Excellence Capabilities Lead, the VP, Global Operational Excellence, will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing the operational functions of KINESSO and Mediabrands to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for improving campaign operations & data operations to drive greater go-to-market efficiency, client impact and stream revenue by elevating the delivery standards of Mediabrands & the Agencies

Key Responsibilities:

  • KINESSO Delivery Engine Development: Work with other Operational Excellence team members to design, standardize & optimize KINESSO & agency operations, improve workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Support the larger Operational Excellence team to identify areas for process optimization and automation, driving initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Global-to-Local Conduit: Package up global standards and onboard regional Operational Excellence teams on how to be translate the KINESSO Delivery Engine standards to their set of markets and local clients
  • Global Capability Center (GCC) Enablement: Work with the leadership within the GCC to establish their intersection into the KINESSO Delivery Engine, how to best onboard and deploy them against a set of standard tasks.
  • Account Relationship Management: Collaborate with KINESSO account level Operational Excellence & agency operations/transformation teams to understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively address issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Progress Reporting: Support the reporting & tracking of key performance indicators against the adoption of the KINESSO Delivery Engine to Mediabrands & KINESSO leadership.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in media Project Management tools like Asana or any relevant Project Management software
  • Experience with process design, deployment, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships internal stakeholders
  • Proficient working with ad technology to ideate, propose and collaborate on potential technical resolutions (internal automation, developing feature requests for client)
  • Experience scaling programmatic, social & search practices
  • Exceptional relationship building, organizational and collaboration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ideally 7+ years working within the digital media, advertisement, and marketing space. Preferably within an Operations, Project Management, or Process Management capacity.
  • Background in Consulting, AD technology, MarTech, Digital Media, In-house Integration or Project Management

The salary range for this position is posted below.
