If you have Mill CNC machining experience with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprint drawings/specifications, at least one year Master-Cam (V-19 or 20), and can interact confidently with top management, then apply today!

- Determine most efficient tooling to meet customer volume, quality, and part specific requirements

- Interact internally with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership.

- Will machine precision Aerospace parts in difficult materials such as Inconel, Titanium, Tungsten, Molybdenum, and other exotic materials.

- Perform the duties of a Class "A" or Class "B" Mill CNC Machinist.

- Run 3, 4, and 5-Axis Mills

- Mastercam CAD/CAM software programming

- Will work directly with the VP of operations
- Tool selection, I.E End Mills, drills, inserts, etc. (run all machining from start to finish)
- The ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure

- Other duties as business needs dictate.

Starting Pay: $25+/hr. (1st shift), salary flexible depending on experience.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

1) Must have at least a High School Diploma

2) Must have at least 1 year Class "A" or Class "B" Mill CNC Machinist experience.

3) Must have at least 1 year 3-4 axis machining experience

4) At least one year Master-Cam (V-19 or 20)

5) Must have at least 1-year reading, analyzing, and interpreting blueprint drawings/specifications in order to complete machining projects from start to finish.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

1) College education preferred

2) 5-axis machining preferred
